Playing With Fire: read the Cineworld Unlimited reactions

John Cena stars in knockabout fire-fighting comedy Playing With Fire, which screened in advance for Cineworld Unlimited members over the weekend. 

Trainwreck scene-stealer Cena stars as one of a team of 'smokejumpers' – brave individuals who leap into forest fires and help put them out. However, he and his team come unstuck when attempting to look after three unruly children.

For starters, Fake Shemp says his audience of adults contradicts the notion that the movie is just for kids.

Tina reserves praise for young star Finley Rose Slater as the mischievous Zoey.

Dave Billingsley says there's more than enough silliness to keep families entertained.

Not a film that I would normally watch, but I did laugh out loud in quite a few places. Harmless family fun, and kids will love the slapstick elements.

Amy says it's another winning comedy performance from Cena.

I love John Cena. It was So funny. Really enjoyed it but not as much as the man a few rows in front – he was in hysterics.

Nevertheless, the raucous nature of the movie didn't work for everyone.

Didn't like it at all to be honest. Started off promising with lots of home alone style pranks then half way through turned into a silly love story. 4/10 .
