Not content with delivering the highest-grossing film of all time, directors Joe and Anthony Russo are now keen to share their movie influences with fans.
The guys behind Avengers: Endgame are starting a brand new 'Russo Bros. Pizza Film School', which combines their love of cuisine with their love of cinema.
Every Friday on Instagram, the brotherly duo will be sharing insights on the classic films that have influenced them. So, it's time to grab a slice of the action and settle in, as the Marvel veterans explain what makes them tick in a cinematic sense.
"Like a lot of you, our families have been watching movies together during quarantine," runs their Instagram message. "And these family movie nights have inspired us to start sharing some of our favourite classics with all of you."
The inaugural episode of Pizza Film School kicks off with gritty French classic La Haine. Directed by Mathieu Kassovitz, this is a gripping story of urban alienation on the mean streets of Paris, shot in stylish black and white with a dynamic young cast, led by a breakout Vincent Kassel.
The post-match discussion on La Haine kicks off on Friday 15th May at 1am BST, with insight from film critic Pete Hammond. Let us know @Cineworld if you'll be staying up to watch it (with or without pizza).
