Blue Story: discover the Cineworld Unlimited reactions

Rapman's feature film debut Blue Story screened in advance for Cineworld Unlimited members on Friday. The British grime artist behind YouTube hit Shiro's Story presents a gritty tale of two London friends who are torn about by gang rivalry. Meanwhile, Rapman himself narrates the highly personal story, linking the narrative back to his style of music.

So what did Unlimited audiences make of it? Corey Bulloch lauds the honesty of Rapman's approach.

Lacey Mason hails the performance of former Holloyaks star Duayne Boa.

MakeupLover says Rapman has done an excellent job bringing his autobiographical story to the screen.

Jodib says the movie is a powerful and accurate depiction of the crises afflicting many inner-city communities.

And Fizzy says the movie is compulsive viewing, holding the mirror up to troubling yet vital issues.

If you missed Friday's screening, the good news is Blue Story is on general release from the 22nd of November.

And if you're after more Unlimited goodies, don't forget about our Unlimited screening of Knives Out on the 25th of November. Daniel Craig is investigator Benoit Blanc in Rian Johnson's riotously entertaining whodunit/comedy – check out the trailer, and we'll look forward to seeing you there.
