Family fun for all ages with Kung Fu Panda 3 and Zootropolis

Make it a family trip to Cineworld this March! Here are the unmissable family movies coming soon that you absolutely need to know about.

Kung Fu Panda 3

What's the story? Loveably pudgy Po (Jack Black) teams up with his dad in the latest kung fu extravaganza.

Throughout the hilarious Kung Fu Panda series, we've watched the endearingly tubby Po (Jack Black) both discover kung fu and fight to protect its legacy.

In Kung Fu Panda 3, Po's journey is more personal than ever as his long-lost father Li (Bryan Cranston) re-enters his life. Together, they travel to a secret panda sanctuary where Po is faced with potential new love interest called Mei Mei (Kate Hudson).

But when an evil spirit named Kai (J.K. Simmons) starts defeating China's martial arts masters in order to steal their souls, it's time for Po to finally accept his destiny and become a kung fu master. There's only one thing to do: train his panda brethren to become mighty warriors!

With megastar Jack Black again on brilliant form as the wisecracking Po, this promises to be the funniest, most emotional and action-packed Kung Fu Panda movie yet.

Kung Fu Panda 3 is released on 11th March.

Zootropolis

What's the story? The makers of Frozen transport you to a delightful world populated entirely by animals.

The city of Zootropolis is much like any other but with one big difference: all of the inhabitants are mammals, including gazelles, water buffalo, sloths and much more.

Into this dazzling environment comes wide-eyed bunny Judy Hopps (Ginnifer Goodwin) who has arrived from the country to enlist in the police force. Given her apparently docile nature, Judy is placed on menial duties - but she soon delves into the mysterious case of a missing otter.

In order to find out more, she must team up with wily con artist and fox Nick Wilde (Jason Bateman). It's time for aspiring detective Judy to stand out from the animal crowd and demonstrate some genuine underdog spirit.

The latest family-friendly Disney extravaganza from the makers of Frozen and Wreck-It Ralph, Zootropolis blends a wonderfully imaginative premise with an A-list voice cast also including Idris Elba and Oscar winner J.K. Simmons.

Zootropolis is released on 25th March.
