Your brand new Cineworld in Dover opens soon

Calling all you Cineworlders in Dover! Your brand new Cineworld opens soon, a change from the initial opening date of 2nd February. But don't worry: although you have to wait a little longer, your cinema experience is about to be taken to the next level.

Luke Adman, Cineworld Dover General Manager, comments: "So that you will be able to enjoy and benefit from the retail destination, the opening of Cineworld Dover has been delayed to coincide with the opening of St James retail destination... It is our aim to be the best place to watch a movie, and we look forward to welcoming our first customers. We can’t wait to make our vision of providing the best cinema experience a reality."

The cinema

Located in St James Retail and Leisure destination, Cineworld Dover puts audiences at the heart of the movie experience.

The screen

The 6-screen cinema, 909-seat cinema will offer moviegoers a truly immersive cinematic experience, thanks to each of the auditoriums featuring fully digital, state-of-the-art screens and 3D capability. (The sixth screen houses up to 237 people.)

Other offerings at this cinema

Cineworld Unlimited Card holders can also enjoy access to an unlimited number of films per month for less than the price of two new-release peak time tickets, at just £17.90 per month (or £20.40 for London West End cinemas). The Unlimited Card also allows holders to enjoy 10% off cinema snacks and drinks; local offers at restaurants and shops such as Frankie and Benny's, Chiquito and Pizza Hut, as well as exclusive advance screenings to upcoming movies.

Cinema fans can take advantage of a range of offers at Cineworld Dover including weekly discounted Movies for Juniors screenings for just £2.50 on selected weekend mornings and school holidays, as well as Student NUS discount.
