There's a week to go until your next Cineworld Unlimited screening: Military Wives. The heartwarming new comedy-drama screens in advance in Cineworld on the 11th of February, and dramatises the formation of the first-ever military wives' choir.
Four Weddings' Scott Thomas plays the prim and proper Kate, whose son has been killed in the conflict in Afghanistan; meanwhile, her husband continues to serve in the country. She clashes with the somewhat more laid back Lisa (Catastrophe's Horgan) about how to entertain the wives of the men currently serving overseas – until she hits on the idea of forming a choir. This turns out to be the ideal solution in bringing everyone together in an atmosphere of fun and healing.
