Military Wives popcorn offer to celebrate the Armed Forces Community and Veterans

To celebrate the release of heartwarming new comedy-drama Military Wives on the 6th of March, we're delighted to announce a special offer exclusively for Defence Discount Service Members. This is in celebration of the Armed Forces Community and Veterans.

During the film's opening weekend, members can claim a free popcorn – this is valid across all 102 of our cinemas in the UK and Ireland. Members will be given a code for the popcorn that can be redeemed alongside a Military Wives ticket.

The movie, which went down a storm with Cineworld Unlimited members (click here to discover their reactions) stars Four Weddings and Funeral's Kristin Scott Thomas and Catastrophe's Sharon Horgan. They play the chalk and cheese leaders of a military wives choir, inspired by the true story of the UK's first such group. As they bicker and argue, they realise the importance of emotional catharsis while the womens' husbands are away serving overseas.
