Scroll down for all the essential details on the movies and Family Ticket itself.

What is the new Cineworld Family Ticket offer?

The Cineworld Family Ticket allows adults to pay kids' prices. It invites movie fans of all ages to be more childish together as they enjoy the magic of the big screen.

Our new Cineworld Family Ticket applies to one child and one adult, rather than two adults and two children, or one adult and three children. This can be used for children up to the age of 14.

Remember, adults pay kids' prices, the savings are the same, and if you're used to buying our old family ticket, you now just need to book two family tickets.

In addition to the discount on the price of your seat, Cineworld's Family Ticket also gets you more than 25% off the price of a Family Special snack pack.

The Family Special includes two kids' Munchboxes – each containing a small box of sweet or salted popcorn, a Fruit Shoot or a bottle of water, plus a packet of Milky Way Magic Stars or raisins – along with a regular popcorn and two regular soft drinks for the adults in the group.

If you want to upgrade your experience to our premium formats like IMAX and 4DX you simply pay the uplift on the Family Ticket price.

What Easter family movies can we combine with the Cineworld Family Ticket?

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (showing in 2D and 4DX)

The classic Ghostbusters franchise continues in this sequel to 2021's Ghostbusters: Afterlife. The late Egon Spengler's grandkids Phoebe (McKenna Grace) and Trevor (Finn Wolfhard) are drawn into another supernatural battle – and this time it takes place on the home turf of the original Ghostbusters team, New York City.

A paranormal deep freeze strikes Manhattan in the sweltering heat of the summer season. The curse is known as the 'Death Chill' and it kills people right on the spot, building to the moment where the victim feels their tear ducts freezing over.

Does the onset of the death chill have anything to do with the discovery of a recent artifact? Either way, two generations of the spook-busting Ghostbusters must unite and save the city, lest an ancient evil asserts its dominance.

Enter the much-loved Pete Venkman (Bill Murray), Ray Stantz (Dan Aykroyd), Winston Zeddemore (Ernie Hudson) and Janine Melnitz (Annie Potts) who join forces with Phoebe and Trevor to restore order to the neighbourhood.

Kung Fu Panda 4 (showing in 2D and 4DX)

Jack Black's unlikely yet endearing kung fu master Po first high-kicked his way onto the big screen in 2008. Since then, he's enjoyed two more adventures full of enlightenment, action and adventure, but the fourth Kung Fu Panda instalment may be the most personal yet.

Po, who is set to become the Spiritual Leader of the Valley of Peace, searches for his successor as the new Dragon Warrior while fighting a new foe called "The Chameleon" (Viola Davis), who can absorb other abilities.

That means an epic quest is underway as Po must seek out brand new allies other than the Furious Five. These include corsac fox Zhen (Awkwafina) and pangolin Han (Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan).

Rest assured though, that many familiar faces will also be back including zen master Shifu (Dustin Hoffman), Po's adoptive goose father Mr Ping (James Hong) and Po's actual biological father Li Shan (Bryan Cranston).

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire

The latest entry in the blockbusting MonsterVerse franchise follows up the explosive showdown of Godzilla vs Kong (2021), which in turn followed Godzilla (2014), Kong: Skull Island (2017) and Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019). In the latest chapter, the mighty great ape Kong and the fearsome Godzilla, known as Titans, must face off against a colossal undiscovered threat hidden within our world, challenging their very existence – and our own.

Expect an epic new instalment that delves into the intriguing mythology of the Titans, their origins and the mysteries of Skull Island and beyond. All the while we're set to uncover the mythic battle that helped forge these extraordinary beings and tied them to humankind forever.

Talking of humans, Dan Stevens, Rebecca Hall and Brian Tyree Henry play the scientists caught in the middle of this epic titanic clash. Returning from Godzilla vs Kong: Kaylee Hottle as Jia, the deaf girl whose unique bond with the imposing Kong teaches humanity that mankind and titans can peacefully co-exist.
