Cineworld VIP Twitter terms and conditions

1. By entering the #CineworldVIP Cineworld Twitter Prize Draw you will be deemed to accept these T&Cs. 

2. All instructions in the relevant Cineworld Tweet relating to this Prize Draw form part of these T&Cs. 

3. Participants must be a UK resident to participate. Participants under 18 years old may be asked for proof of the consent of a parent or legal guardian to claim tickets. This Prize Draw is not available to employees of Cineworld. 

4. The Prize Draw opens at 10am on 9th December and closes at 11.59pm on 9th December. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.

5. Entry to the Prize Draw is free and entry is through replying to @Cineworld with the correct answer to what item is inside the Golden VIP Box. 

6. The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. 

7. Only one entry per person is permitted. 

8. There will be four first prize winners who will win one pair of tickets to the VIP launch event at Cineworld Sheffield on 18th December. The winner(s) will be chosen by way of a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these T&Cs. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on or after 10th December. 

9. The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 

10. The winner(s) will be notified by direct message on twitter, within 7 working days of the Prize Draw closing date, and will be given details of how to claim the prize. 

11. Copyright in all entries shall be owned by the promoter. 

12. Cineworld may announce the winner’s full name and county on Twitter and the winner(s) may be required to take part in publicity related to the Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw the winner(s) hereby agree to take part in any such publicity. 

13. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or higher value. 

14. A paper copy of these T&Cs and/ or the name and county of winner(s) may be obtained by sending a request and stamped addressed envelope to the following address: [Chris Charnley]Marketing, Cineworld Cinemas Marketing Dept, Power Road Studios, 114 Power Road, London, W4 5PY. 

15. Promoter is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, Power Road Studios, 114 Power Road, Chiswick, London W4 5PY. Cineworld reserves the right to (i) amend or withdraw these T&Cs at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. 

16. All data provided by entrants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinema’s Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website at www.cineworld.com).

17. These T&Cs (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
