May half-term family movies at Cineworld

A week off school is always a great chance for parents and their kids to share in the big-screen experience together.

Your local Cineworld is hosting a selection of terrific movies this half term. And with a Cineworld Family Ticket, adults pay kids' prices, so a trip to Cineworld is a wallet-friendly option too!

Check out our great selection of movies then book your tickets today.

1. IF

Ryan Reynolds stars in John Krasinski's earnest and big-hearted salute to the power of the imagination. When a grieving young girl sets out to reunite people with their lost IFs ('imaginary friends'), it sets in motion a wondrous and moving adventure. Steve Carell, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Emily Blunt are just three of the A-listers lending their voices to the delightful IFs, which come in all shapes and sizes.

2. The Garfield Movie (previews May 18th; released May 24th in 2D and 4DX)

The combination of a new Garfield Movie and the May half-term allows you to avoid a serious case of the Mondays. Chris Pratt voices the iconic ginger moggie while the voice cast also includes Samuel L. Jackson and Nicholas Hoult.

3. Kung Fu Panda 4

There's still time to catch the fourth helping of Kung Fu Panda madness at Cineworld. Jack Black's Po may not look like a hero but one shouldn't underestimate him. The unlikely martial arts warrior must leave the Valley of Peace to find his successor as Dragon Warrior while Viola Davis voices his shape-shifting new nemesis the Chameleon.

4. Migration

Take flight with the Mallard family in this colourful adventure from Illumination, the team behind Despicable Me and Minions. There's adventure aplenty as one plucky duck family ventures south for the winter, and the voice cast includes the likes of Ghostbusters' Kumail Nanjiani.

What is the new Cineworld Family Ticket offer?

With the Cineworld Family Ticket, adults pay kids' prices, which means you can be more childish together. You can now take one adult and one child (up to the age of 14) into the cinema. Remember, adults pay kids' prices, the savings are the same, and if you're used to buying our old family ticket, you now just need to book two family tickets.
