Unlimited members watched Dream Scenario in advance and here are their reactions

Nicolas Cage is in reliably eccentric form in the madcap and nightmarish black comedy Dream Scenario. It comes from the makers of Beau is Afraid, which should alert you as to its tone, and lucky Unlimited members got to see Cage's new movie in advance over the weekend.

Cage plays a schlubby college professor who discovers he has the ability to invade people's dreams. Initially, Cage's character Paul exploits the scenario to boost his own celebrity status, but things soon take a darker turn when the dreams become murderous and rage-infested.

It's what we've come to expect from the indie experts at distributor A24, balancing trenchant insight with disturbing moments and mordant humour. Here's a selection of Unlimited responses that should encourage you to make a date with Cage's wild new offering.

If you missed the screening and are dreaming about more Nic Cage in your life, catch Dream Scenario at Cineworld from November 10th.

The Unlimited screenings don't stop there. Next up is Saltburn, which casts Oscar nominee Barry Keoghan in a deliciously lurid story of the class divide. Expect P.G. Wodehouse by way of Patricia Highsmith in the new movie from Promising Young Woman filmmaker Emerald Fennell. The movie screens on November 4th, so book your tickets and check out the trailer.
