- Food and Drink
- If you have food or drink items, or 3D glasses included in your booking (selected cinemas only) you must collect your food items first before you can enter the screen. Alternatively, you can print the vouchers off at one of our kiosks and save the food and drink vouchers and 3D glasses vouchers for another day.
- Ticket Collection
- You may still collect printed tickets before your screening at the counter or kiosks if you prefer. If you do so, your mobile ticket / QR code will no longer work and you will need to use the collected tickets to access your film.
- Unlimited?
- Unfortunately the technology is not up to speed for our favourite customers.
We are working on a fix and hope to be able to offer mobile tickets for our
Unlimited members ASAP!
