June movie releases at Cineworld

Amazingly, we're almost in June already, so how many movies have you managed to watch at Cineworld during the last few months? Here's Luke and Dan with their video round-up of June's must-see releases.

Scroll down for more details on all the films that will keep you busy over the next few weeks.

1. Bad Boys: Ride or Die (released June 5th in 2D, IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX and Superscreen)

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence resurrect their chalk-and-cheese partnership in the fourth instalment of the all-action Bad Boys franchise. Their characters, Mike and Marcus, now find themselves disavowed and cut loose from the Miami PD, and must fight to clear their name.

2. The Watched (released June 7th)

Suspense-meister M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense; Split) produces this spooky chiller while handing the directorial reins to his daughter India. Dakota Fanning plays a young woman who finds herself stranded in the woods at the mercy of unseen yet deadly monsters.

3. Inside Out 2 (released June 14th in 2D, 4DX and Superscreen)

Prepare for another emotional rollercoaster in Pixar's long-awaited sequel to their 2015 classic. With young girl Riley entering adolescence, emotional HQ is about to go through another upheaval with the addition of several new characters, including Anxiety (Maya Hawke) and Embarassment (Paul Walter Hauser).

4. The Bikeriders (released June 21st)

Acclaimed director Jeff Nichols (Take Shelter; Mud) honours the rebellious spirit of pop culture icons Marlon Brando and James Dean in this gritty story of a roving American biker gang. Set in the 1960s, the period detail meshes with an all-star cast including Tom Hardy, Austin Butler and Jodie Comer.

5. A Quiet Place: Day One (released June 28th)

It's time to keep cinema noise to a minimum as the terrifying A Quiet Place saga returns to the big screen. This prequel film takes place in New York before the events of A Quiet Place I and II, meaning we get to see when the aliens first arrived on Earth. Oscar-winner Lupita Nyong'o leads the cast.

6. Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter One (released June 28th)

Saddle up for Kevin Costner's ambitiously mounted period Western, the first in a two-part saga that explores the expansion of the American frontier. Costner returns to his Dances with Wolves glory days to both direct and star while the supporting cast includes Sienna Miller and Sam Worthington.

7. Kinds of Kindness (released June 28th)

Have you barely got over the rip-roaring Poor Things? Well, director Yorgos Lanthimos and Oscar-winning star Emma Stone are set to bamboozle you all over again with this darkly comic and uncomfortable triptych that sees a host of stars, Stone included, taking on a host of roles, all of which are bound to stick in your mind.
