Dark Waters: discover the Cineworld Unlimited screening reactions

Avengers star Mark Ruffalo plays an altogether more down to Earth hero in urgent and angry environmental drama Dark Waters. The film is based on a shocking true story, and stars Ruffalo as a defence attorney who exposes the actions of a chemical conglomerate that have been steadily poisoning an American town's water supply.

The film is directed by acclaimed Carol filmmaker Todd Haynes, and co-stars Anne Hathaway and Tim Robbins. Cineworld Unlimited members got to see the movie in advance of its UK release date, so what did they make of it?

We'll start with this from Dave Billingsley who praises the movie as an important yet uncomfortable watch.

Sir Dan Mumford describes it as a horror movie in all but name.

Hazel Drummond says the movie will surely inspire people to take action.
