Gift cards & vouchers

You may cancel the purchase of this Gift Card, e-Gift Voucher, Gift Box or e-Gift Box and claim a refund at any time up to 15 days from (and including) today.  However, if the Gift Card, e-Gift Voucher or any of the Gift Box vouchers or e-Gift Box voucher codes have been used your refund will be reduced to reflect such usage.

Just send your unused Gift Card or Gift Box Vouchers by registered post to Cineworld Customer Services at 8th Floor Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG with your written request to cancel.

If you wish to cancel the purchase of your e-Gift Voucher or e-Gift Box, please either call Cineworld Customer Services on 0333 003 3444 or write to Cineworld Customer Services at [email protected] or at the above address stating the e-Gift Voucher number and PIN or e-Gift Box voucher codes and your request to cancel.  Alternatively you may use Cineworld’s template cancellation form. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Gift Card, e-Gift Voucher, Gift Box or e-Gift Box to us.

All our cinemas will have the seasonal gift boxes available.

Yes, you can order a gift box online to be delivered anywhere in the UK. Please not that delivery charges will apply and that we are unable to currently deliver to Dublin.

You can alternatively order an e-gift box which will be sent to the designated email address straight away and will not incur and additional delivery costs.

The Unlimited gift box gives the lucky recipient a whole year of unlimited access to our cinemas!

Starting from £187.68 for non-West End access, our Unlimited gift boxes come presented in an attractive gift box and include:

Absolutely! In Cinema and Online. Choose from a range of vibrant designs from £10 - £100. Cineworld Gift Cards can be redeemed online or in the cinema to purchase tickets, snacks or an Unlimited Card.

You can pay for tickets booked online using a Cineworld Gift Card or an e-Gift Card. Just enter your Gift Card, or your e-Gift Card and PIN number above the ticket type selection on the website. You will also need to insert details of a credit/debit/charge card to complete the transaction (even if you have paid for the transaction in full using a Gift Card, e-Gift Card), as we need details of your payment card to help us identify and manage your booking. No charge will be made to your payment card where you are paying for the transaction in full using a Gift Card, e-Gift Card or promotional code.
