Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom is the last instalment in the current iteration of the DC Extended Universe (DCEU) before it's rebooted by James Gunn. As part of the Filmed for IMAX program, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was shot with IMAX-certified digital cameras and features IMAX-exclusive Expanded Aspect Ratio (EAR).

Director James Wan’s use of IMAX-certified cameras promises to immerse audiences in the realm of Atlantis, especially when experienced in either the 1.90:1 or 1:78 EAR.

The 1.90:1 aspect ratio provides up to 26% more picture – only in IMAX. Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is set to fill the entire screen, allowing moviegoers to experience more of the images with unprecedented detail and clarity.
