Go behind the scenes of Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One's awesome train stunt

To say that the Mission: Impossible series showcases awesome stunt work is like saying the sky is blue. Watching the series goes hand in hand with the question, 'How did they do that?" And the latest instalment, Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One, contains several masterful sequences that will have you marvelling at the craft of Tom Cruise, writer-director Christopher McQuarrie and the small army of people working behind the scenes.

In his latest adventure, Cruise's character Ethan Hunt is on the search for a mysterious key that will unlock an all-powerful A.I. Along the way, Ethan must reckon with his dark past and a new addition to his team in the form of pick-pocket Grace, brilliantly played by Hayley Atwell. As usual, the story allows Hunt to be propelled from one breakneck stunt to another, and they don't come more spectacular than the Orient Express stand-off showcased during the movie's climax.

Don't worry, there are no spoilers in the following behind-the-scenes video, just a reminder that these movies are utterly committed to physical craft and tangibility in an era of CG-heavy set pieces. Check it out below for a flavour of what's to come in the movie.
