Cineworld presents the 2019 IMAX Film Fest

Last year was a sensational year for screen-filling popcorn blockbusters, and we're celebrating with the return of the Cinewold IMAX Film Fest.

Five of 2018's biggest movies come roaring back to the big screen on Saturday 2nd March at Cineworld cinemas around the country. Experience added dimensions of the biggest and best films for a bargain price – here's what you need to know.

What's showing at the Cineworld IMAX Film Fest?

Mission: Impossible - Fallout – Tom Cruise takes the hair-raising stunts to the next level in this spectacular action extravaganza, the sixth in the blockbuster spy series, and the second from writer-director Christopher McQuarrie.
Bohemian Rhapsody – Rami Malek's electrifying performance as Queen frontman Freddie Mercury, recipient of Golden Globes, BAFTAs and Oscar nominations, promises to dominate IMAX screens in the most financially successful music biopic of all time.
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse – Phil Lord and Chris Miller's eye-popping and brilliantly meta take on the Spider-Man mythology was made for IMAX, bursting with colour and clever in-jokes as the wall-crawler makes his feature film animated debut.
Ready Player One – Steven Spielberg's gloriously nostalgic adaptation of Ernest Cline's popular novel is crammed with so many fan-pleasing popcorn references in every frame, it'll take an eagle-eyed IMAX viewer to pick all of them out.
Deadpool 2 – What could be better than being reacquainted with Mr Pool? Why, experiencing his impressive dimensions in IMAX, of course. No, it's not as naughty as it sounds – just your chance to experience the hit superhero sequel on the biggest screen possible.
