6. Black Panther 2

Disney has confirmed it will not recast the late Chadwick Boseman in the role of T'Challa/Black Panther. The sequel is directed by Ryan Coogler and will return us to Wakanda.

Brie Larson returns as the noble Captain Marvel in this sequel helmed by Candyman's Nia DaCosta. And there are some significant new faces in the movie.

13. The Little Mermaid

Disney's next live-action remake tackles the legacy of the 1989 animation, widely credited with kick-starting the 'Disney renaissance' period. Halle Bailey is Ariel and Melissa McCarthy is the evil Ursula.
