Interview: Creed III star Jonathan Majors on his love of IMAX and 4DX

With Creed III now on release at Cineworld, we had the privilege of sitting down with one of the movie's stars, Jonathan Majors. He's the man of the moment, having already debuted as Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania.

In Creed III, Majors plays the seething and resentful Damian, an old friend of Adonis 'Donnie' Creed (Michael B. Jordan, who also directs). However, Damian isn't here to make peace but to take back the life he feels was stolen from him when he went to prison.

It's another memorable and charismatic turn from the rising young actor who has got himself into fearsome shape for the inevitable ringside showdown. As for the film, it presents everything you want from a Creed movie: skeletons in the closet, personal melodrama and some bruising fight sequences that, under Jordan's direction, take the breath away.

Creed III is playing at Cineworld in both expansive, pin-sharp IMAX and the immersive, multisensory dimensions of 4DX, which is exclusive to Cineworld cinemas in the UK and Ireland. So, what does Jonathan make of both formats, and why should viewers opt in?

Find out in our interview below as he explains all this and more, including the background to his intense Creed character.
