Jurassic World: Dominion stars Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill enjoy some jazz together

Not just a practitioner of unusual sentence structures, Jeff Goldblum has also developed a sideline as a jazz musician. And he's roped in Sam Neill in this behind the scenes video from Jurassic World: Dominion, which shows the two blissfully harmonising. It's the first time the two actors, who play Ian Malcolm and Alan Grant, have been reunited since 1993's Jurassic Park. Neill shared the video on his Twitter page – check it out below.

Forget the rampaging CGI dinosaurs. The chemistry between these two veterans is clearly the best special effect on display. Nostalgia completists should rejoice also at the return of Laura Dern's (not featured) Ellie Satler.

Jurassic World: Dominion is the third and final instalment of the Jurassic World trilogy, which itself came on the heels of the original Jurassic Park series. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are back as Owen and Claire, as is director Colin Trevorrow, who sat out 2018's Fallen Kingdom in favour of J.A. Bayona (The Impossible).

Fallen Kingdom's climax threw out a bunch of questions, namely, who was the cloned girl introduced abruptly at the end, and what will happen now that the dinosaurs are at loose in America? Trevorrow has stressed that the movie will take a matter of fact approach to the scenario, casually intermingling human and dino life. Still, there's got to be a little bit of carnage going along with that, right?

Production on Dominion was halted earlier this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. It's now back underway and the film aims to release on 11th June 2021. Excited? Let us know @Cineworld.
