How full is your Cineworld movie-going calendar? Well, it's about to get a lot more packed with our sensational line-up of unmissable March blockbusters that range from scream-inducing slashers to superhero bonanzas.
This is the month when we want you all to March To The Movies and soak up the magic that only the big screen can provide. Several of this month's biggest releases are poised to blow you away in the special formats of IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX and Superscreen. Find out more in the following video.

March 3rd:
Creed III (IMAX, 4DX, Superscreen)
Michael B. Jordan directs and stars in the latest hard-hitting instalment of the Creed saga, itself spun off from the classic Rocky series. Jordan's character Adonis 'Donnie' Creed must now confront childhood friend turned enemy Damian (Jonathan Majors) in the only way he knows how: with a pair of gloves, bestriding the canvas, to the sound of the boxing bell.
Creed III was filmed specially for IMAX and the expanse of the knockout boxing sequences gains added dimension through IMAX's height, pin-sharp picture quality and all-encompassing sound. And if you really want to feel like you're in the ring with Donnie and Damian, opt for 4DX where motion-adjusted seats and immersive environmental effects make you feel every duck, blow and parry undertaken by the main characters.
Creed III is also showing in Superscreen where the start of the art projection, huge screen and breathtaking multidimensional sound transforms the latest Creed chapter into something truly epic.
March 10th:
Scream VI (4DX, Superscreen)
The terrifying Ghostface killer is back – and this time, the masked psycho is about to tear a hole in the Big Apple. Scream V survivors Sam and Tara Carpenter (Melissa Barrera and Jenna Ortega) have fled Woodsboro for the apparently safe anonymity of Manhattan – but a copycat killer has followed them and is intent on making a chilling point as to Ghostface's blood-soaked legacy.
We all know that horror movies are tailor-made for the big screen – there's nothing quite like that sense of enjoyable communal terror. That's why Scream VI is lunging at you via the immersion and visceral nature of 4DX where the motion-adjusted seats time themselves to every slash of Ghostface's knife. Furthermore, unique multisensory effects including wind, water and scents lend further physical tactility to Ghostface's latest rampage.
And if you really want to be overwhelmed by the spectre of Ghostface, the enlarged screen size and dynamic sound of Superscreen will have you cowering in your seat – in the best possible way.
March 17th:
Shazam! Fury of the Gods (IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX, Superscreen)
2023's inaugural DC superhero movie reinstates one of the studio's most charming characters. Back in 2019, Shazam! introduced us to a new kind of comic book hero, one who alternated between the body of a teenage boy and his outsized, cape-wearing alter-ego.
Both halves of the Shazam character are back for another spectacular adventure. Young Billy Batson (Asher Angel) has now reconciled with his superhero half Shazam (Zachary Levi) and he now has a family of fellow body-swapping heroes to call his own.
However, danger is coming in the form of ancient Greek gods Hespera (Oscar winner Helen Mirren) and Kalypso (Lucy Liu). They are both daughters of the legendary Atlas and they're on a mission to make Billy's life difficult. It's time to suit up for the ultimate battle.
Befitting a superhero movie of this size and scale, Shazam! Fury of the Gods hits you in a host of dynamic screen formats. In addition to the scope and awe induced by IMAX, and Superscreen, as well as the enjoyable physical movement and immersion of 4DX, the movie is also playing in ScreenX.
This revolutionary, 270-degree format projects highlighted sections of the movie onto the side walls of the auditorium for an all-encompassing, truly overwhelming experience. You'll feel like you're in Billy's shoes as he faces his most fraught adventure to danger.
March 24th:
John Wick: Chapter 4 (IMAX, 4DX, Superscreen)
Keanu Reeves' sartorially sharp assassin John Wick hasn't quite killed all of his enemies on the planet yet, but he's surely getting close. The increasingly impressive action franchise has been distinguished by its bruising, jaw-dropping martial arts, gunfire and stunt sequences, pushing screen veteran Reeves to the very limit as Wick confronts his former associates at the High Table.
Therefore, a mere widescreen presentation won't do justice to John Wick's fearsome abilities. In the fourth chapter, we're treated to a gunfight in the middle of Parisian traffic and many other insane set-pieces, so be a part of the action via the movie's overwhelming IMAX presentation, courtesy of the format's remastering process and perfectly tuned sound. Truly, death and destruction have never looked, or sounded, better.
And if you've got the mettle, you can feel John Wick's latest battle for survival from your Cineworld seat. A 4DX seat specifically, whose technology was tailor-made for a movie like this. As Wick goes to town with fists, knives, guns and pencils, the timing of your 4DX seat is bound to leave you breathlessly exhilarated.
March 31st:
Dungeons and Dragons: Honour Among Thieves (IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX, Superscreen)
The classic role-playing game arrives on the big screen with an all-star cast. Star Trek's Chris Pine, Fast & Furious' Michelle Rodriguez, Detective Pikachu's Justice Smith, Bridgerton's Regé-Jean Page and IT's Sophia Lillis bring the chemistry as a group of mismatched fantasy oddballs on a dramatic quest. Their mission: to stop a great evil from enslaving the world.
This will involve much banter and instrument playing as they traverse a land populated with remarkable creatures and individuals, including perennial British scene-stealer Hugh Grant.
It's not enough to be a passive spectator to the new Dungeons and Dragons movie. The film's go-for-broke conception of the original game flies at you in all screen formats, so how will you choose to engage? The breadth and expanse of IMAX? The physical nature of 4DX? The coming-at-you-from-all-corners-action of ScreenX? Or the dynamism of Superscreen?

65 (released March 10th)
Star Wars' Adam Driver is stranded on a deadly prehistoric planet in this all-action thriller from the makers of A Quiet Place. We can surely expect the same winning formula of agonising suspense and all-out monster chaos as Driver's astronaut character Mills winds up on a version of Earth some 65 million years in the past.
Champions (released March 10th)
The versatile Woody Harrelson charms in this story of a washed-up basketball coach and his new squad of neurodivergent players. Champions makes a bold play for inclusivity by casting neurodivergent actors in the central roles and Harrelson anchors the proceedings with his typical charisma.
Pearl (released March 17th)
Cult horror director Ti West presents his visually luscious and witty prequel to his acclaimed 2022 horror movie Pearl. The unforgettable Mia Goth reprises her role as the title character, only this time we're shown Pearl's early-20th-century origins, as her failure to become a Hollywood movie star takes a memorable turn for the murderous.
Mummies (released March 31st)
In this family-friendly animation, three Egyptian mummies end up in present-day London and embark on a wacky and hilarious journey in search of an old ring belonging to the Royal Family. Hugh Bonneville and Sean Bean are among the big star names in the voice cast.
