Evil rises again in horror sequel The Exorcist: Believer. This is the latest follow-up to the landmark 1973 chiller The Exorcist, reuniting the Halloween team of director David Gordon Green and producer Jason Blum.
Decades after the horrifying events of the original movie, two young girls find themselves at the mercy of a demonic entity. The father of one of the girls (played by Hamilton and One Night in Miami's Leslie Odom Jr.) must reconcile with his lapsed faith to save his daughter's soul.
Fortunately, help is at hand in the form of Chris MacNeil (Ellen Burstyn) whose own daughter Regan was possessed in the first film. Chris must draw on all her faith and spiritual experience to vanquish an all-too-familiar kind of evil, which is keen on making things very personal.
With the movie on release this October, it's time to go behind the scenes. Hear from Gordon Green, Odom Jr. and others in the following clip as they discuss the movie's themes of faith and reconciliation in the face of escalating terror.
