How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Online:
When making a booking using the Cineworld Online Advance Booking Service, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address. A confirmation email will then be sent to the email address provided with details of your booking and instructions on how to collect your tickets. To see if your booking has been successful, simply check your email inbox or use the ‘Check My Booking’ engine on www.cineworld.com/checkbooking and follow the instructions.
Telephone Booking:
Once you have completed the process through our automated telephone booking line or with an operator you will receive a confirmation code at the end of the transaction.
