Do you charge a fee for booking tickets online or by telephone?
Yes. When you book cinema tickets online (which includes through our website, by mobile, or by app), or by telephone, a fee of 50c per person for whom a seat is booked will apply.
The 50c fee per person is in addition to the price of tickets but, to make our booking process as clear as possible, we include it the ticket prices that are shown online, or stated on the telephone.
Our remote booking service, including our allocated seating offering, enables customers to secure a seat at their film of choice in advance, and indicate where they would like to sit, from the comfort of home or on the move. The 50c fee represents a charge for this remote booking service and also includes an amount payable to Cineworld’s sister company, Classic Cinemas Ltd, for processing your online/telephone payments and redemptions.
