Your answer

Do you charge a fee for booking tickets online?

Yes. When you book cinema tickets online through our Advance Booking Service (which includes through our website, by mobile, or by app), a fee of 75p/75c per person for whom a seat is booked will usually apply.

The 75p/75c fee per person is in addition to the price of tickets but, to make our booking process as clear as possible, we include it the ticket prices that are shown online.

Our advance booking service, including our allocated seating offering, enables customers to secure a seat at their film of choice in advance, and indicate where they would like to sit, from the comfort of home or on the move. The booking fee represents a charge for the convenience of this service and helps us to cover the costs involved in running our website.

Booking fees do not apply to tickets purchased in person at our cinemas.
